Proposed Changes Policy & Submission Process
The Washington Schoolgirls Lacrosse Association (WSLA) Board of Directors is committed to the growth and integrity of girls' lacrosse within Washington. We welcome innovative and constructive proposals from our member community and potential new partners. This policy outlines the required structure, deadlines, and review process for all submissions.
1. Purpose
This policy ensures that all proposals, particularly those related to league structure, membership (including Independent/Out-of-State), rule changes, or competitive formats, are submitted in a clear, complete, and timely manner for consideration by the WSLA Board of Directors.

- Late Proposals: Proposals submitted after August 15th will be deferred for consideration until the following academic year. The WSLA Board reserves the right to decline review of any proposal received past the deadline.

October: Integration
Approved proposals related to scheduling, league structure, or rules will be integrated into the WSLA Coaches' Meeting documentation and official handbook/bylaws.
