Anacortes Lacrosse Club is seeking passionate and qualified individuals to fill the following positions: 

 

Head Coach Varsity 

Assistant Coach Varsity & Youth 

Head Coach 3 – 4 10U 

 

Date Needed: 

January – May 2025 

  

Qualifications: 

Candidates should have played or coached lacrosse, preferably at the high school or collegiate level.  

 

Job Specific Qualifications: 

  • Must have a strong working knowledge of USA lacrosse high school rules and WSLA league regulations. 
  • Works cooperatively with the club coaching group to outline seasonal goals  
  • Ability to organize and direct individual and small group player development sessions. 
  • Ability to run practices 
  • Silver USA Lacrosse Coaching certification for Head Varsity Coach. 
  • Bronze USA Lacrosse Coaching certification for Assistant and 10U. 
  • Current CPR and AED certification 
  • Complete background check 
  • The capacity to establish a good rapport and working relationship with student-athletes, parents, coaches, and the community is required. 
  • Ability to inspire athletes and be a positive coaching influence 5 nights a week under various weather conditions.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Current CPR and First Aid or Athletic Training Certification

Our team includes 14–21 high school girls from the Garfield and Franklin school boundaries in metropolitan Seattle. We value diversity, dedication, and the drive to grow together as a unified squad.

MOUNT SI - Assistant Coach

Mount Si Lacrosse is looking for an enthusiastic coach to join our high school coaching staff as an Assistant Varsity Coach and/or JV Coach. Candidate should have experience playing and coaching lacrosse, preferably at the high school or collegiate level, and be excited to help our young women develop as lacrosse players and individuals.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience coaching lacrosse at the high school level or higher.
  • Strong knowledge of lacrosse techniques, strategies, and rules.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to motivate and inspire student-athletes.
  • Demonstrated ability to build a strong team and program.
  • Support and add to Head Coaches’ vision for the team

Roosevelt Girls Lacrosse Club Varsity Head Coach

irls Lacrosse Club is seeking a motivated and experienced Varsity Head Coach to lead our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the sport and a proven track record of coaching and developing players. As the Head Coach, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, developing game strategies, and mentoring our student-athletes.  You will play a crucial role in building a strong and competitive team, fostering a positive team culture, and cultivating a thriving lacrosse program. 

 

Responsibilities: 

 

The Head Coach will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the RGLC on-field activities, to include: 

  • Design and implement training programs that focus on developing players' skills, abilities, and conditioning 
  • Attend and participate in team meetings, practices, and games 
  • Develop game strategies that maximize the team's strengths 
  • Provide guidance and support to players, both on and off the field 
  • Monitor and evaluate player performance, and provide feedback and recommendations for improvement 
  • Collaborate with returning JV and assistant coaches, and the RGLC Board 
  • Ensure the team is prepared for games 
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of players at all times 

 

Requirements: 

 

  • Strong knowledge of the sport, including rules, strategies, and techniques 
  • Previous experience in a lacrosse coaching role 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to motivate and inspire players to achieve their full potential 
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills 
  • Flexibility to work late afternoons and evenings  
  • Silver USA Lacrosse Coaching certification  
  • Current CPR and AED certification (or willingness to obtain)

Seattle Wolfpack Lacrosse is seeking passionate, positive, and reliable paid coaches to lead and support our Girls 10U, 12U, and 14U teams for the upcoming season.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Enthusiastic individuals with a love for lacrosse and working with youth athletes.
  • Experience playing and/or coaching lacrosse (preferred, but not required – we’ll train the right candidates).
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.

Tahoma Lacrosse Club - Assistant Varsity Coach

Tahoma Lacrosse Club 

Founded in 1999, the Tahoma Lacrosse Club is a nonprofit organization dedicated to organizing, developing and promoting the sport of lacrosse within the Maple Valley and surrounding community.

Tahoma Lacrosse Club has the following Lacrosse coaching positions open for the Fall and Spring 2025-2026 seasons:

 

·       High School Girls Assistant Varsity Coach

·       Date needed: Fall 2025 and Spring 2026 and    beyond

·       Competitive Pay

 

All Coaches will report to the Tahoma Lacrosse Club high school girl’s director and Board of Directors. 

Specific responsibilities and requirements will include, but may not be limited to:

 

o   Compliance with all Tahoma Lacrosse Club, WSLA, WWLOA and USA Lacrosse policies and procedures.

o   Supervision and instruction of lacrosse student-athletes during all team activities.

o   Effective communication with student-athletes, their parents, and all board members and coaches.

o   Demonstrated knowledge, dedication, experience, and ability to teach lacrosse skills and conditioning programs.

o   Ability to teach student athletes sportsmanship, responsibility, discipline, teamwork, commitment, pride, and fun.

o   Ability to collaborate with all other members of the coaching staff, both boys and girls high and youth.

o   Ability and willingness to work, and collaborate with, all girl’s youth teams.

o   Ability and willingness to help grow the girl’s program, both youth and high school.

o   Be available for practices and competitions during their coaching season with availability on weekends as required for practices or competitions.

o   Possess a valid Washington State driver’s license.

o   USA Lacrosse Level 1 Coaching certificate, at minimum.

o   Concussion and CPR training.

o   Current USA Lacrosse Membership (prior to the start of the season).

West Seattle Lacrosse Club - Assistant Coach

ASSISTANT COACH

West Seattle Lacrosse is looking for coaches to join its high school coaching staff as Assistant Varsity Coach and JV Coaches. Candidates should have played or coached lacrosse, preferably at the high school or collegiate level. We are looking for someone excited to help our high school players grow as lacrosse players and young women. 


West Seattle Lacrosse Club is an up and coming program with a solid player base, strong committed Board of directors and a passionate parent base. We also have a consistent Youth feeder program aligned with the Club.


Responsibilities 

1. Compliance with all West Seattle Lacrosse Club conduct standards, WSLA policies and procedures 

2. Assist in supervision and instruction of student-athletes during team practices M-Fr after school and/or in the evenings and on game days

3. Assist in the development of practice plans and conditioning routines

4. Strong communication with players, board members and families

5. Promotion of a healthy, competitive environment 

6. Promotion of balanced achievement in all areas of school life for student-athletes

 

Requirements and Qualifications 

1. At least 21 years of age, clean driving record and a valid Washington state driver’s 

license. 

2. Be available for all practices and competitions during their coaching season with availability on weekends as required. 

3. Current US Lacrosse Membership 

4. US Lacrosse’s “Level 1 Coaching” Certificate

5. Possess or obtain prior to the start of the season current First Aid/CPR certification.

6. Knowledge about risk of head injury/concussion and Sudden Cardiac Arrest.

7. Pass a background check. 

 

Compensation We offer a stipend paid at the end of season
