Washington State HS Lacrosse

The 2026 season will run from February 23rd, 2026 through May 15th, 2028. 

Varsity cost $2050 + $200 Referee fee paid in advance*

*As discussed at the Fall League Meeting, you will be charged in advance for recruiting a referee. If you fulfill the requirements (new – 5 games - OR returning – 8 games - ADULT referee, than you will be reimbursed at the end of the season).

JV Cost $1850

If you are interested in registering a provisional JV that will only play 5 games please use discount code PROVISIONAL.

Provisional JV teams are recommended for teams that may not have the numbers to play a full schedule but still want new/less experienced players getting good game time.  

If you are not sure if you want to do a provisional or full schedule JV team yet, please complete the deposit and contact me & Allison (admin@wslax.org / scheduler@wslax.org) following registration! 

If you have concerns about using a credit card or e-check for payment, please contact me (admin@wslax.org) before registering. 

Refunds for Team Fees will not be considered except in extraordinary situations and at the sole discretion of the Board. 

1/28/2026 is the last day to drop a JV team for a refund less the $350 deposit

Please make sure to send your Complete your schedule form and return it to scheduler@wslax.org by Nov 15. 

Be detailed and specific, this is your chance to communicate when you can play with the scheduler. (Things to keep in mind... Prom, Coaches schedules, Holidays, Senior Night, etc). 

Coaching staff (paid or volunteer) need to hold a USA Lacrosse membership and complete a criminal background check.

All Coaches, paid or volunteer, shall be knowledgeable about the nature and risk of concussion and head injury including the risks of continuing to play after a concussion or head injury, in addition to Sudden Cardiac Arrest.

All high school coaches must attend a New Rules Interpretation Session provided by USA Lacrosse or the Washington Women’s Lacrosse Officials Association (provided at time of January meeting).

All Head Coaches shall be:

a.        certified in First Aid and CPR prior to the first day of In-Season.

b.        at least 21 years old, However, an individual that is not 21 years old prior to the first day of In-Season may request a waiver from the appropriate committee to serve as a Head Coach. 

 c.       Silver Level USA Lacrosse Coaching certified for the following levels: Varsity; JV; 14U; and 12U. For the avoidance of doubt, WSLA does not require Silver Level USA Coaching Certification for either 10U or 8U.
