Summer League in Seattle
When: June 16th-August 4th (monday evenings - time depends on age)
Where: Marymoor Park, Redmond (grass field #5)
Alternate Seattle Time and Location for High School Girls Only
Will Be Tuesdays 7-8pm at Van Asselt
Cost: $100 for the summer (Goalies come for free!)

atmosphere? Whatever your age or status, we have a spot for you! There is
even a women's league for graduating seniors to play with girls home from
college and local club players.

5th Annual Mercer Island Camp and 2nd Annual Mercer Island Elite Camp
Mercer Island Developmental Camp
When: July 21-25, 9:30am-12:30pm
Who: Girls entering 1st through 8th grade in Fall 2008. All skill levels, schools, and clubs are welcome! This is not just for MI players!
Where: The "JV Field" at the Mercer Island HS campus.
Cost: Cost is $180 per player and includes a camp reversible.

Mercer Island Elite Camp
When: July 21-25, 2:00pm-4:00pm
Who: Girls entering 8th through 9th grade in Fall 2008. This camp is designed for intermediate to advanced players and is similar to high school level practices. Girls attending this camp should have good command of these basic lacrosse skills: throwing, catching, cradling, groundballs.
Where: The “JV Field” at the Mercer Island HS campus.
Cost: Cost is $180 per player and includes a camp reversible.

Fifth Annual Bainbridge Island Advanced Girl’s Lacrosse Camp
What: Advanced Lacrosse Camp for Girls who want to increase their skills and improve game-playing strategy. This is an instructional camp where the girls will improve their lacrosse playing abilities through drills and scrimmages, ending in a 7 v 7 tournament where the girls will showcase their skills. The coach to player ratio is kept at an optimal level to ensure each player received individual instruction. There is also specialized goalie training.
This camp is taught by coaches from Louisville, Colgate, Davidson, Georgetown, Cincinnati, UC Davis amongst others.
When: July 31-August2, 2008. Camp runs from 9 am to 4 pm daily
Where: Beautiful Bainbridge Island High School
Cost: $220 which includes camp jersey, water bottle and lanyard.
This is a commuter camp and we provide round trip transportation from the Bainbridge ferry terminal to the high school.
For those who wish to enhance their experience we will try to find host families.
Limited to the 125 girls on a first come basis.

The Eastside Eagles Girls Lacrosse Presents -
Celebrate Girls Lacrosse
August 2nd, 2008 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Fun-filled day of 3 on 3 tournament play!
Who: Grades 5th – 8th Invited! Sign up in teams of 5. Must be a member of US Lacrosse.
What: A 3v3 Lacrosse Tournament for girls to practice their lacrosse skills and have fun! This is a double elimination tournament (minimum of 2 games)
Where: Marymoor Park Fields 12, 13 and 15. Two fields split into 4 lacrosse event fields and the third left for drills and basics.
When: 8/2/08 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Sign-in begins at 9:30 AM.
Bring: Snack & Water Bottle, Lacrosse gear including eyewear and mouth guard.
Cost: $100.00 per team of 5. Registration due July 28
Food: Food and drinks will be provided and sold by donations.
Refunds: There is a no refund policy.

The Rainz is an off-season developmental program geared towards raising
the level of play in the Northwest, by giving Middle School and High
School girls the opportunity to play in the off-season and to travel to
tournaments (for recruiting purposes or not).
