Bring your stick, goggles, mouth guard, water bottle, tennis shoes and remember it’s cold inside Arena Sports!

Winter Is In Sessions
The focus of the winter sessions will be skill development, conditioning catered to prepare for the spring season, and small and full field scrimmages. The number one goal is to build confidence and improved skills in all players. Many players indicated that they felt sluggish, out of shape, and had poor stick skills at the start of Spring Lacrosse - this will help them be 100% ready for the start of the season, in shape, game ready!
When:
Session 1 - 5 weeks - Dec 6th, Dec 13th, Jan 3rd, 10th, and 17th
Session 2 - 5 weeks- Jan 24th, 31st, Feb 7th, 14th, and the 28th
Cost per session: $80.00
Cost for both sessions: $150.00

All Out Lacrosse Clinic
When: February 13, 2010 - 2pm – 5pm
Where: Marymoor Park Turf, 6046 W Lake Sammamish Pkwy, Redmond, WA
Age: 7 – 17
Ability: ALL levels are welcome
COST:
$55 (if you sign up before Feb. 1)
$60 (after Feb. 1)

Player’s Clinic for 1st and 2nd Year Players
When: February 20, 2010
Grades 5 – 8: 9:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m.
Grades 9 – 12: 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Bring: mouthguard, stick, goggles, ball (with name), water bottle, warm clothes. You must have a mouthguard and goggles. YOU MAY NOT PLAY WITHOUT THEM.
COST: $15 – Pre-Registered. $17 – Day of Clinic.

From I-5 (North or South) take exit 169 (NE 45th Street). Proceed west on NE 45th, continue approximately 1 mile. Road curves onto N Midvale Place, goes under hwy 99 (Aurora Ave), and then meets up with N 46th Street. Continue straight on N 46th, it will wind down the hill and turn into NW Market Street. Continue on NW Market, turn right onto 15th Ave NW. Continue up 15th Ave NW, you'll see high school on right as you pass NW 65th Street. Turn right onto NW 67th street, and then right into the school parking lot. Field is to the east of the parking lot, take sidewalk between tennis courts and gymnasium.
